New Digs

I got lucky and found an awesome little town-home for us on Craigslist at the last minute. I found it literally like 1 1/2 weeks or less from the time that we moved in! It's in a good neighborhood semi-near Ben's school & a 10 minute walk from Claira's school! It's pretty roomy (1,500 sq. feet) & only one story which is nice for my lazy bones, 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a 2-car attached garage, back porch, & an awesome kitchen! My favorite part of this house is that it's not 100+ years old like our house in Philly. No chipping paint, no mice, no cockroaches, no sounds of gunshots or police choppers outside! It's actually funny, I couldn't sleep very well for a while because It was "too quiet" ...Claira was confused,  "but don't you like peace & quiet?!" welp, I guess not! Apparently I need the sounds of gunfire, honking horns, and neighbors yelling to lull me to sleep at night.  It kind of reminds me of that movie Madagascar...you know Alex the lion? He needs the jungle ambiance turned off at night so he can fall asleep to the disturbing city noises of NYC & sighs "Ahhhh much better". That's me!
